At MAG you will receive continuous coaching, guidance, support, and feedback from your team and Manager who will help facilitate learning and growth through questioning, listening and goal setting.
Supervisors are continuously evaluating employee job performance. Day-today interaction between employees and supervisors should give employees a sense of how supervisors perceive each employee’s performance. From time to time your performance will be discussed with you. Whether it is a formal written appraisal (discussed below), an informal discussion, or weekly/daily/monthly key performance indicators (KPI), the purpose is to give you feedback on how well you are achieving your work objectives.

The company conducts a formal review once a year for each employee. Performance reviews will be conducted annually on or about each employee’s anniversary date. New employees will be reviewed more frequently during their introductory period (See Onboarding Plan). A review may also be conducted in the event of a change in duties and responsibilities. Every week, month, and quarter each employee and department are evaluated and graded, on KPI’s relating to their specific department and role, on a scorecard.
During formal performance reviews, employees will be evaluated by themselves, their supervisor, and peers on the following things:
The primary reason for performance reviews is to identify the strengths and areas of necessary improvement for each employee in order to reinforce good habits and develop ways to improve weaker areas. This review also services to make employees aware of and to document how their job performance compares to the goals and description of the job. Upon the completion of the employee’s review, a performance evaluation will be completed by your supervisor and an Individual Performance Plan (IPP) will be made outlining the training, educational and performance objectives for the following year.
